What’s the process?

Step 1: Discovery call: We have a Zoom discovery session where we learn more about you and your business. It also gives you a chance to meet us! 

Step 2: Set-up: This includes the discovery call, creating a social media branding plan for your review, and establishing your social media platforms as well as your Google My Business page if you don’t have them already. The one-time fee is $99 and can be paid via our secure website.

Step 3: Once the social media branding plan is approved by you, and your social media platforms are established, we are ready to start posting custom content that is based on you, on your behalf.

Step 4: The monthly subscription starts. We do it in this sequence, so you are not paying for any days when we are not able to post on your behalf. The rate is $199/month, and the subscription can be cancelled at any time without penalty. There are no contracts.  

Step 5: We start posting! We’ll run the first few posts by you for approval before posting them. 

Step 6: Your first monthly analytics report will arrive in your inbox about 30 days after you subscribe. 

How long does it take to start posting for me?

Once we receive your social media passwords and your approval on our social media plan, you should see your first post in 4-5 days. Please allow 8-10 days if we are setting up your social media pages for you.

Can I still post to my social media accounts?

We get asked this a lot and the answer is YES!

What about followers? Will you get me or my business a ton of followers in a short period of time?

The short answer is that there is no easy or fast way to build a high quality group of relevant and interested followers. We see lots of agencies that promise to add 200 followers per month to your accounts. It sounds great but in reality it’s not that easy. Many times the followers are bots and Instagram can recognize when activity is unnatural. Instagram can actually shadow ban you, meaning that your content will be invisible to non-followers so no matter what hashtags you use, your images won’t appear in other feeds.

Is there a contract?

No, there is not a contract. Our service is offered through a monthly subscription and you can cancel anytime without penalty.

What do you need from me?

We get the best results when our clients send us photos or videos, like of them at a farmer’s market in their town. However we create industry specific content without any input as well.
